Getting back to it!

It really doesn't help when your phone line gets cut off and they refuse to put it back on through no fault of your own! Any way, all is well, I have found my camera and will be posting soon.

Hiya crafters!!!!! Finally got my act together and sorted just need to find a new camera so I can keep on blogging! The tags I made for my ladies to say 'Thank You' was from scraps! My theme was recycling as we all have loads of bits and bobs. So this time I put them all to good use! The flowers were punch out using the circle scallop punch and screwed up into tiny balls. I then unscrewed them and put 8 layers together, I used a brad to hold them all together and fanned out the flowers. The leaves were cut out using the bigshot and leaves tag, with wild wasabi scraps and the pieces of the bright collection to add colour. To add the final touch, I used 'Thank You' form the Afterthoughts hostess level one set with Early Espresso to stand out. .

Harries Party

The group just keeps getting bigger!!! Many thanks for coming over and joining in at Harries party the other night. If we get any bigger, we're gonna have to use the JAMC!!!! Harrie asked to do baby stuff - Alfie is due in June - which just can't get here quick enough!! Any way we got to grips with the 'Bundle of Love' and 'Baby Tees' jumbo roll. You can see what the crafty bunch came up with after I demo'd the card. Brilliant! The idea was to use mainly one colour so you don't have to have a tonne of stuff when you first start!

Card Stock - Whisper White, Night of Navy
Ink Pad - Night of Navy
Accessories - Snail, Dims, scissors, silver brads, Big shot and Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder, Large window punch, daubers and markers of choice!

Hope and Strength

Off to training with Amanda. Jane picked me at 0730 and of we went with the crew, not forgetting to stop off at Mac D's for refreshments and then off we went again. Got there at the hall nice and early, which is a huge bonus as we get to chat and swap. Talk about awesome, as always the swaps were brilliant and I will be displaying some of them at my parties, many thanks ladies and Gents!!!!
The card I made to swap was using the following: Stamp set - Hope and strength, Vintage Vogue
Ink pads - Perfect Plum, Certainly celery, Pretty in Pink, Tempting Turquoise, Crumb cake and Soft Suede. Card stock - Whisper white, Certainly Celery. Accessories - Paper snips, glue dots, snail.
